Summary findings from communications research now online
From 31 March – 11 April 2008, the Central Survey Unit (CSU) of the Department of Finance and Personnel, on behalf of ESAIT, carried out a communications survey across the education RPA affected organisations.
The purpose of the survey was to examine levels of awareness of the coming changes among staff; assess satisfaction with communications to date; and to identify how ESAIT might more effectively communicate with them.
With the help of the individual organisations, CSU identified a representative cross section of staff to be surveyed. Of the almost 1,200 staff selected, 598 (50%) took up the opportunity to complete the short online questionnaire.
