Communication action plan published
In early April staff from across the education sector organisations gave us their views on the effectiveness of ESAIT communications. The survey results highlighted levels of awareness of the coming changes; measured satisfaction with communications to date; and importantly, identified how ESAIT might communicate more effectively in future.
On the basis of our findings a communications action plan has been drawn up to address the specific issues highlighted in the survey findings.
