Designing ESA - feedback from workshops
During May and June ESAIT undertook 24 workshops involving 350 senior and middle managers from across the education sector.
This included four focus groups with Principals and a series of feedback sessions with Chairpersons, Chief Executives, 2nd tier officers and trade unions.
Key themes emerging from the workshops
Drawing on the output from the workshops, work is now underway to develop service delivery models for the key service areas within ESA.
This will enable us to identify the people, skills and resources required for each of the key areas. It will also inform the development of an organisational structure for ESA.
