ESAIT recruitment - location and travel expenses

A number of posts are currently out for trawl in the ESA Implementation Team.

Feedback to date has suggested that it would be helpful for potential candidates if additional clarification is provided around two related issues of location and travel expenses.

It can be confirmed that it is the intention to be as flexible as possible in accommodating staff, subject only to balancing business needs with staff requirements.  Put very simply the main aim is to ensure that any allocated work is carried out successfully and location will be a secondary consideration.

It is obvious that if the above issue is resolved in a way that colleagues find helpful it will reduce the concerns around travel expenses.  It should be borne in mind that excess mileage will be paid in accordance with existing terms and conditions.
