Engaging on change - next steps
Following on from his briefing to Chairpersons, Gavin Boyd has written to Chief Executives of the education sector organisations to set out the way forward on managing the change to ESA.
February – May 2008 will see a period of intensive engagement with staff and trade unions to gain views on how services should best be organised and delivered under ESA. The opportunity will also be taken to examine the issues that might arise in establishing the new organisation and the opportunities for convergence in the interim.
