Designing ESA
The ESA Implementation Team has sought to actively engage a wide range of stakeholders both in managing the change to ESA and in designing the services of the new organisation.
Change Management Process
During November and December 2007 a series of meetings took place with Chairpersons, Chief Executives, and senior management in the education sector organisations, as well as with trade union representatives, to present the change management strategy that will guide the transition to ESA.
The presentation below was made available to organisations to enable them to brief their staff.

- Explain the purpose of planned workshops with staff in key areas
- Bring staff across affected organisations together to discuss the opportunities and challenges arising from the creation of ESA

The launch was followed by a series of service specific workshops in May/June and a senior staff session to review the outputs and outline the next steps in the process.
