Preparing Together for ESA launch event
On 4th April 2008 a launch was held entitled ‘Preparing Together for the Education and Skills Authority’. This was attended by approximately 200 senior managers and heads of service delivery from across the education service.

Managing the Change together
During November and December 2007 a series of meetings took place with Chairpersons, Chief Executives, and senior management in the education sector organisations, as well as with trade union representatives, to present the change management strategy that will guide the transition to ESA. The presentation was made available to education organisations in December 2007 to enable them to brief their staff.
